This widget is created with the amateur astronomer in mind. By entering in a zip code at the top, one can view the current sky chart for their location. Location data for the zip code is pulled from Yahoo and used to pull specific charts from www.heavens-above.com and moon phase and weather data from www.almanac.com.

One can also view sky charts associated with satellites that will be passing over a user's area at the time of their maximum altitude in the sky. This is viewable by clicking the "Snow me more" link at the bottom next to the name of the satellite's data. Here is the link for the Amateur Astronomer website.
